Crossfit and me just combine. I love to workout, and since my dad is a trainer for crossfit, I have him train me. He trains me every Saturday morning. Our workouts are so intense, that it looks so easy, but in reality it is really hard. I can take the pressure, I am very strong, physically and mentally. Since I play sports, I do crossfit to keep me in shape.
Hopefully one day in the future I can teach people about crossfit. In crossfit, we do so many different exercises. The different exercises I do is work with the Olympic rings, the kettle bells, the weight ball, the rower, and the weight bars. Some exercises we do, don’t even need anything for such as the push-ups, sit-ups, crunches, lunges, squats, and many more. I love to workout it makes me also look good. But in general I also do it because it is good for my health. I love and will do it forever.
